Information used for a scan
When you submit a website URL, TechnoTesters requests public pages on that site to create an audit. The report can include page URLs, titles, technical signals, issue summaries, and evidence captured during the scan.
Account information
If you create an account, your name, email address, and authentication data are used to provide sign-in and access to account-owned scan history. You may optionally provide a phone number; it is shown to workspace admins alongside scans associated with your account. Scan analytics may include the website domain, scan time, account contact details, and a coarse country code supplied by the hosting network. Passwords are stored as hashes. Never enter credentials for a site you do not own or have permission to test.
Website analytics
TechnoTesters loads Google Analytics 4 after page resources finish loading, using the same measurement property as Techno Particles (G-JMP9V5PPET). Google may receive technical and usage information such as page views, browser details, and approximate location through its analytics services. You can manage or block analytics cookies through your browser settings and Google's available opt-out controls.
Scan evidence and retention
Account-owned scan summaries and reports are retained for up to 180 days after the latest save, then automatically removed. Very large reports may retain only their summary. Finding status, assignee, and comments are stored with the report. Browser screenshots and authenticated test evidence are temporary and may expire sooner. To request earlier deletion, contact us using the address associated with your account. Avoid submitting private, personal, or sensitive information in a scan target or test account.
